About
You play Redline, a graffiti artist who gains gun fu skills from a sentient spinal implant and sets out to free her captive brother from an AI regime called Tensor. Combat is close-quarters and built around firearms, and Redline can snatch enemies' weapons and blind them with a spraycan. The game has around 20 missions, each built like a standalone short film, plus a hardcore mode that asks you to finish them without taking a single hit. Nekki, the studio behind Shadow Fight and Vector, announced SPINE in August 2021 and repositioned it as a single-player narrative action game in December 2023. Summer 2027 was given as the release window for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
