About
You can switch between attacker, defender and goalkeeper, and matches run in closed virtual reality arenas where there are no fouls, no offside and no breaks in play. Teams have 3, 4 or 5 players, and Season 6 added a Contracts and Badges progression system along with Vanguard and Glitch cosmetics. Sloclap previously worked on Sifu and Absolver, and REMATCH is built with Unreal Engine 5. Announced in December 2024, the game reached Windows, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on June 19, 2025, and cross-play followed in September 2025.
