About
In the town of Pinnacove, residents entrust you with their homes; Story Mode has long renovation projects and quick jobs, and a pal called Tom seems to know everybody around. Sandbox Mode lets you construct houses from scratch, and Assembly mode has you build and install items by hand, which earns discounts on purchases. A free Co-op DLC lets up to four players on PC or console work together in Story and Sandbox modes, and fellow players share designs on the mod.io platform. The sequel to House Flipper from 2018 reached Windows on December 14, 2023 and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 10, 2024, and a Nintendo Switch 2 version has its own launch trailer.
