About

Free roam lets you change time, gravity and wind, and in time trials you pick a vehicle, map and route to compete against your own top time. Vehicles use a node-beam structure, so they flex and deform under stress, and the damage model covers degraded engines, detached doors, shattered windows and blown-out tires. Native mod support comes with an official repository that can be opened from the website or in the game, and cars made in the tycoon game Automation can be exported into the game. A tech demo on August 3, 2013 was the first release, Steam Early Access for Windows followed on May 29, 2015, and the PlayStation 5 version arrived on October 19, 2026.
